Second swim of the day done…. Why can’t Irish waters be this warm?
Trying some local Asturian dishes – chorizo in cider and a Cachopo ( two veal steaks filled with cheese and a slice of ham. The whole concoction is then coated in breadcrumbs and fried in hot oil)
